OFFICIAL NOTICE:
Palms & Paws Global Behavior Advisory.
We have been informed of a global and highly coordinated effort by domestic animals worldwide. This is not a drill.
Today, your pet will attempt to make you laugh. This behavior appears intentional, strategic, and highly effective. We have reason to believe pets are participating in a reward-based system governed by the Pet Parents Pawsitivity Proximity Program (PPPPP), a global entity tracking successful humor deployment.
While details remain unclear, early reports suggest:
- increased zoomie frequency
- exaggerated facial expressions
- suspiciously well-timed chaos
Transmission is rumored to occur:
- visually (eye contact)
- emotionally (shared joy)
- possibly airborne (unconfirmed, but widely accepted by experienced pet parents)
What to Do
Should your pet attempt something amusing today, please follow these protocols:
- Avert your eyes. If necessary, rotate your entire body away from the source.
- Whistle. Advanced technique. May backfire.
- Jump up and down. Highly risky. Often escalates the situation.
Once laughter begins, it is nearly impossible to stop.
April Fools is here. Let’s begin.
